Huge thanks to Glen and the team at Your Next Car. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, and genuinely honest (which is rare in car sales these days 😉).
They went above and beyond by organising a full service as part of the deal and getting it done within a day. Because this was an out-of-state sale on a tight deadline, they even gave me a contact number for after-hours, which made a massive difference.
Every question I had was answered clearly, and they also gave me great advice on how to get the money released from the bank as quickly as possible. Nothing felt rushed, pressured, or dodgy, just straightforward and supportive the whole way through.

I had a trade-in that was a bit different from the usual, and while we couldn’t quite get to the number I needed — which was disappointing — the overall experience was still very good. Andrew worked with me, did his best, and was upfront the whole way through. No mucking around, just straight, fair, and professional.
Even though the deal didn’t come together this time, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. In future, I’d start with these guys first. Andrew is a good operator and he’s backed by a solid team.
